Make sure you try Secret of Mana out co-op. It's seriously very cool and didn't get enough credit back in the day. You can have up to 2 others join you using the other characters in the game. I think they press start or select or something to join in, if I remember right.
Imagine playing Zelda with a buddy, and that's pretty much what it's like.

Comix Zone and Toejam and Earl! Comix zone i've played before. It's hard, but I really want to muscle through it as the premise is great. I want to punch the guy who thought it was a good idea to have you lose health when you punch stuff

Glad you like em, mang! And yeah, I love Comix Zone, but I haven't even made it past the second world myself. And I don't have TJ&E right now, but I remember playing it at my friend's house when it came out, and it's pretty fun co-op. I should really get it again, even though I don't have anyone to play through it with at the moment.

It was! Glad you enjoy them! I figured if I was going to be punishing you with the madenning Ninja Gaiden, you needed to also have a way to relax afterwords, and nothing is better than some Dr. Mario for that!
And THANK YOU to whoever MY Santa was! Ive wanted Mega Man 9 since it's release! I saw the glowing blue light right before I left for work, and ended up being a half hour late because I had to give it a quick look -- so excited for tonight when I can sit down with it again!
