So, the more observant of you may remember my thread a while back about how I have problems eating regularly.
This is pretty much associated with that. I need to start eating breakfast because I am fucking myself over, nutrients-wise. I have an incredibly bad habit of waking up and not eating anything, which screws up the rest of my day unless I conciously catch myself doing this.
Now, as a kid, I used to have cereal and milk every morning. Easy to throw together, and not too unhealthy if you have the right stuff. BUT I'm lactose intolerant so that doesn't work very well. (also my roomie likes to drink all milk that enters the house, but that's another story and I don't really mind.)
So, I want to figure out a breakfast that is nutritious, has a low prep time(since I tend to be rushed in the morning, sleeping habits etc) and can get my day started.
Rules: Nothing with dairy. I'm good on pretty much anything that can be prepped in less than 5 minutes. Other than that, I'm all ears.
