Mykonos - That structure in the background (i'm assuming is supposed to be one big arse structure) doesn't appear to be that big. I think reducing the size of the dude on the lookout tower will help. He looks a little to tall.

Gawrsh has it been a week already?

i can't read that text, man. i hope that's not actual size.
|

Goddamn photobucket downsized the source. lemme see if I can resource it.
Edit: THAR WE GO. Photobucket failed me once again. |
|
Drew this at work today (I should do that everyday of the year so I can see some improvement maybe) and Inked part of it tonight. Still WIP. Besides Iron Man's legs being f'ed up any constructive stuff will definitely be taken to heart.
Spoilered for possibly being too big? Spoiler:

Doing this for someone, it will be used in a much smaller format, but this is the size I'm working at. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated, it's kind of an avatar/logo/icon:
![]() edit: Got some feedback and outputting some hopefully final versions to choose from: http://img67.imageshack.us/img67/281/dragonpreview2er2.png |
if you're goin for the funnies I would lose the text in the last panel. I think the joke is strong enough without it. Edit: On second thought I would lose all the text after the guy says "we're supposed to call him Nick from now on." I chuckled. |

Man I doodled. Still one exam to go before holidays and more time to draw and paint.

Looks good NT, Very soft and painterly.
As fir the logo Shiboe, I'd definitely simplify it a little bit. Seems like too much going on it the background and in all the little scales. |

That's cool, Synth. I like the colors and the whole face in teh middle of teh body thing. Takes me back to the days of Armored Core |
![]() Have an abominable Christmas. |

You're all probably gonna think I'm retarded for this, but Gibs' pic reminds me of the Sasquatch form "A Goofy Movie". He was definitely the best part of that flick. Awesome job Gibs.

Just trying to learn how to use this wacom thing. No sense of perspective... can't even call it stylized. Hopefully I can invest in some good books that were suggested to me after the holiday season is over.

![]() I need to pull my foot out and get my Steampunk challenge entry finished before the deadline. |

That's pretty cool, Synth. Made me think of Metropolis, somehow.
You're going to pose her, right? |
|
Yup. It's all part of a larger piece.

New twists on an old classic:

Funny Nakirush.
Also that's cool Moss, but wouldn't there still have to be a few duplicate squares on the hard one? |
It's obviously some sort of patterned encryption. |

It's supposed to be impossible.

The stickers are bound by the souls of those who have fallen while attempting to defeat the cube.

Surveyor of Things and Stuff |
Well... I don't mind saying a few satanic rituals if it means I can complete the cube.

I made a second version:

90 min speedpaint. it could use alot more refinement I guess, but overall i'm already bored with it.
Spoiler:

he looks like he should be falling over
|
|
He looks like he has three legs and a tiny man growing from his side.
Everything is rendered really well, though. |
|
yeah it was really awkward drawing at first because the guy behind is supposed to be positioned like Neo dodging bullets in the matrix. I figured out though that his head is supposed to tilt backward and shoulders need to be shortened, that of many things...better hop to it
