Well, Corinna's got the drinking aspect of the demoman down pat, but she doesn't have any explosives skill to speak of... which I guess makes her perfect for the role (or, I know what one of those skillchips she has is for).
Ooookay, sorry guys, my 'Net died last night, and i'd been up all damn night, so I didn't get a chance to do much here before.
I'm back now, and when Ahava gets home tonight, I'll help her make a character too... She's got a gunslinger and a sniper she's working on, both of whom are recreations of old characters of hers.
Me, I've decided I will indeed go with Michael, as that's the general consensus, (though Jacques, thank you for the Summer love... I like her too, except for that whole 'murdering everyone' thing... *L*), and I'm doing last touches on his sheet right now. By "last touches" I mean I'm spending his last few nuyen, after buying a few Contacts.
And the way people are specifying contacts is what I normally ask for: gimme the role type and a one-line description at most. A little bit of direction is helpful and seems to make things a little more organic, otherwise I get lazy and they all start looking the same.
Pardon my ignorance of shadowrun's mechanics, but, wouldn't such a character be at complete odds with itself?
Yes, and no. A cybered mage (called a burnout in SR parlance) takes lethal damage when casting spells over a certain power level instead of stun damage. However, the mage could take one or more geasa (pl. of geas), or limitations on his magical ability, in order to offset the normal penalties of taking cyberware.

No, it's got two wheels. It's got CityLink (or w/e is called), though, so you don't need to ever recharge it while operating within the greater Seattle area, as it recharges automatically from various EM emitters throughout the city.

But it also costs 5,900 nuyen, can Mort afford that?
I feel like I should post my face character. I wrote up a sheet for a dude with a million nuyen and spent almost all of it on contacts.
Dude could get in touch with pretty much anyone in the world.
It is indeed 5,900 so, unfortunately, out of my price range.

Nah, you guys should just do your own things though. Mine was just a happy coincidence.
So long as it's more inspiration than silly.
Medic is a hermetic mage-doctor.

Post it soon.

Two level 1 Contacts, I believe.
Level 1 = just business
Level 2 = friend/buddy

Ah. So:
Dodge Scoot
Ingram Smartgun/Ares Predator-III
Lined Coat/Armored Jacket
Smartlink-2/Smargoggles
500n¥ to spend on snacky-soykakes

only if you weren't careful of how you did it.
you don't need six points in Magic to use spells.

Well, at least with the Predator or Smartgun you can carjack (scooterjack?) someone else's.

I submitted Michael, by the way. Seemed to be the consensus, and I like him.
