Motorstorm Pacific Rift (PS3) needs to be on this list. It reminds me so much of Burnout 3 but take out the crashing benefits and add in greater boost management and significantly greater differences in vehicle performance. Play together with Paradise for best results

It's heavy on shovelware, and light on psp/ds (AND PC) games. This was merely something to occupy my time at work and go "Holy Crap, Days of Ruin/Condemed2/God of War PSP came out this year?" If anything, there's some titles on there from early in the year that we all conveniently forgot.
The only game that I can think of that isn't in the list or alreay mentioned is Dr. Mario & Germ Buster for Wii (WiiWare). I think it's called something else in America, but I'm not sure what.

I don't think I entirely get the 'no expansions' -rule. Take NWN2: Storm of Zehir for instance: It adds a 30+ hours long all new adventure to the main game, with heaps of new content. So I don't understand why WotLK would be included into the list, but SoZ not.

SoZ doesn't really add a lot. Overworld map? yay. SoZ comes off as a fan-made project more than anything else. I don't know if Wotlk should be added, but imo SoZ shouldn't.

Can a game in closed beta be nominated? Because Shin Megami Tensei: Imagine (PC) is pretty much a complete game, it's just not fully open to the public yet.

You can only vote on 20 games when this thing actually starts, so there isn't much of a point to nominate games that won't make your own personal top 20. Half the stuff in that list won't receive a single vote and will just make the final list way more cluttered than it needs to be.
