And when a male penguin goes up to a female penguing, when they're trying to mate (cuase it's hard to tell a male from a female, even if you're a penguin too) the male will drop a rock, and if the female wants to, she blows!

No it's not!!

The female penguin makes like this puff of air thing.. like when you get in the stomach too hard, and you have to blow out the air in your lungs.

If the male penguin drops a rock at the feet of another male penguin, they get into a fight.

Sounds pretty normal.
