Vote closing is at Midnight EST. Make votes in a colour and/or bold, basically so they can easily be seen and stand out from normal posts.
Story
The story is going to take place during the Soul Society arc. Though due to a lot of named characters being used in this phalla the bad guys are going to be randomly choosen instead of following the show (So Aizen for example may not be bad). This is to avoid players trying to find bad guys by making everyone state their names in public.
So the central plot of the Soul Society arc will be the same but different characters will be playing the parts.
Gotei 13 Rules
Commander General Yamamoto-Genryusai has announced that Soul Society is in a state of emergency. Each day the Commander General will announce 3 divisions to take action. There are 13 divisions intotal in the Gotei 13 but in this game division 1 is not included. This leaves divisions 2 to 13. The captains and lieutenants both know what their division is capable of, but only the Captain is allowed to decide what to do when their division is allowed to take action. However, if the Captain is not available for various reasons (dead, jailed, scared hiding), then the lieutenant takes the Captains place. If both the Captain and the lieutenant are not avaible, then that division has no one to look over it and will not be able to do anything for the rest of the game.
Role PMs
They will be very simple consisting of only 1 or 2 lines. It will be clear to you if you have a ability or are a bad guy/neutral player. If still unsure don't be afraid to confirm it by sending a PM my way.
Clarifications
- all the actions happen at the same time. So no trickle down vote happenings, or stopping someone's action by killing them etc. etc

I can't even claim to have watched an entire episode. However, I work on the basic assumption that it's just shonen that happens to be about hunting ghosts, using ghosts.
