It was the phrase that the first Blue Beetle used to activate the scarab's powers. It's later revealed to be the scarab's name/serial number

Bigby and Snow's wedding shot from the 8th trade (issue 50) was probably my moment of the Year. It had been built up so long I didn't even realize I wanted them to get Married until that 50th issue.
That or as others have said, all of All Star Superman 10.
Also, Daniel Way writing a Deadpool comic that doesn't suck is pretty monumental I would say.

Anyway, #1 moment for me would probably be Blue Beetle #25. Reading the scans makes me depressed that they're cancelling it though...
Runners up would be Final Crisis #04, Giant Size Astonishing X-Men #01 and All Star Superman #10.
