Firefox having trouble showing flash videos

Hi! my google research haven't given me any response or solution so far, so I turn to you knowledgable people!
I'm on a macbook, running os 10.4.11, using firefox 3.0.5 For a couple of time, I have trouble watching videos online. as an exemple: http://lostmobisodes.blogspot.com/ The video player don't even show. sometime, on other website, the player will show but if I press play it does nothing. I tried downloading the latest flash player (10.something) and it didn't make any difference. Is there anything I could try to do? I remember I didn't have any video trouble like a year ago, but I couldn't tell you what is different.

oh yeah if I'm in youtube, I never have any trouble, so I'm not sure if it's the video format or something else.
