This reminds me of something my friend once did to his brother. They were driving home on the interstate one night, and his brother, who was in the front passenger seat, fell asleep. So my friend pulled off the road at a truck stop, parked directly in front of a semi truck facing it head on, and screamed as loud as he could.

His brother almost had a heart attack.
