Ram's Head Live? They are inside, but they have concerts in the power plant live area (outside) all the time. I'd imagine this show is inside though. It's relatively chilly here still.

Times on anything haven't been arranged yet. Aside from the concert which is at a pretty set time.
Need to know when everyone is getting into town to plan beyond that.

There's a light rail (glorified bus), but no subway. I don't think the MARC runs on weekends.

The light rail runs from the airport, your fine. Take the stop at the convention center, then walk towards the water.
