What is this Blues/Rock endin/breakdown called?

I can't think of one other song that uses it, but hearing it, the ending, in my mind, recalls this feeling of being so omnipresent. As if I knew I'd heard it hundreds of times before.


This ending.



It has got to have at least some kind of generic name.

Also, if there were any place I could go to learn more about these kinds of musical tropes, that'd be fantastic.

Call it a breakdown or blues ending and no one will bat an eye.

Here's some sort of list for you. Learning about the individual parts to songs would require a little music theory, though.

"A little music theory" is exactly what I'm after. I don't plan on taking the stuff for college, but maybe just a little knowledge would be great.
