It's the same people that did autopatcher and it's associated update packs (every Windows XP Update since SP2 as a standalone executable, plus tools for slipstreaming the whole lot onto install CDS) until they got C&Ded by Microsoft.

This is also partly the reason I switched to Linux full time, since I couldn't really face going back to maintaining a Windows installation without autopatcher.
