While its best not to discuss infractions in chat for fear of retribution. I think it stems from the belief former mods don't get infracted as often as others.
It was solid, now I have to wait at least a year for another installment. I didn't like how one character ended, but was pleased with the other.
I was never a D&D mod, and the "standards" here change on a weekly basis so there's not really a way for that to make any sense.

Yeah, Butcher is a slow writer. He could pump out two a year if he wanted but, you know, dungeons and dragons is a higher priority for him.
I don't begrudge the man, I know that if I could live off my writing I'd be lucky to get out a book a year between watching tv and playing video games all day.

And? The rules are different in every sub-forum. Very, very different. If they weren't, most of D&D would have been permabanned years ago under numerous H/A rules.

Hmm. I remember my childish rant like 6 or 7 years ago in H/A and I earned myself in the forum rules. Boy was my face red.

I'm always sad when the "make fun of republicans" threads get locked. I mean, there was totally enough current news to sustain a thread of discussion. There were like 5 news articles linked in the 2 hours I paid attention yesterday. Perhaps someone can start a taxday/teabagging thread.
