when i was 4 years old (maybe just turning 5) my parents made the mistake of letting me name a stray siamese we took in that had been hanging around my grandmother's house "friend". damn cat lived for like 10 more years. as i grew up i begged and begged my parents to change the cat's name but they smilingly refused.

You could take my grandma's route and name your cat Mr. Kitty (or Ms Kitty, however it applies)
So yeah, just pick a movie you liked alot and name them after your favorite chars. I guarantee your cats will turn out nothing like them.
I did this with my ferrets, except I named them from Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy. I named the first one Thursday and the second one was Random. People always asked me where I got the names from...but it suited them.
Of the 2 cats I have now, the one I named is named Faye (called Faye-Faye) after Faye from Cowboy Bebop. Her personality actually grew to be quite like hers. She really only pays attention to you if she wants something. Otherwise she's running off getting into trouble.
I named my bearded dragon Lebowski, but we often just call him "The Dude"
The other cat my husband named Chimera, because she's a calico and he said she looks like 3 cats in one.

You could do like my mother and name the girl cat "Bob" and tell him he's the fluffiest puppy in the neighborhood.
Heh, that's kind of awesome really.
My sister took to naming cats after their appearance (though, it was my idea, i meant it as a joke) but Caramel (Kara for short) was pretty cute for this black and brown stray she picked up awhile back.
I look at the picture and honestly, I can only see the kitty. I am aware of the presence of the boobs but they just don't seem to interest me, which is definitely not the norm.
Those are beautiful kitties Fallingman. Jasper is solid cat name, kudos!

Because for all their efforts to take over your house, they'll only end up sulking off at the end of it.
Edit: Or, in roughly the same vein, name them Pinky and The Brain.
They will be at eternal war
Or, for the long name fellas
