The worst was in the novel "Splinter of the Mind's Eye," which was written before Empire Strikes Back came out. The author had no idea they were twins, and so there is no attempt to hide Luke's desire to bone his sister. At one point, Luke and Leia are mud wrestling, and Leia's naughty bits start a small riot.
It's...pretty messed up, in retrospect.
