Streaming at 640x480 with Webcammax

Ive been attempting to stream Half Life 2 with Webcammax over Ustream, I select for Webcammax to stream at 640x480, but the end result is not fullscreen, in the stream, its zoomed in somewhat on my cursor.
So im at a complete loss of what to do to fix it, and im hoping you guys can help me.
