unbinding a shortcut in OS X

I know there is the Shortcut menu in system preferences, but it doesn't list all the shortcuts. I Command-Tab through windows a lot and sometimes my finger will slip and it will command-Q, which closes the window. Is there any way I can disable that shortcut?
