Is VisaHQ.com trustworthy?

I need travel visas for a few countries. I am thinking of using visahq.com to save some time with the paperwork. Has anyone used this site (or similar) before? Was it worth it? I guess most importantly, is it trustworthy?

You know filling out visa forms usually takes less than 5 minutes per country, right? I mean, I've done it plenty of times with plenty of countries. I've never used a visa service, including that one. Though I may use one in the future as some consulates have some strange requirements.
