Gran Torino is hilarious, but not a very good movie, as only one guy in the cast can act and the rest range from passable to completely and unforgivably awful.

like, I can imagine people getting sent to jail for something relatively harmless, then being forced to join a prison gang to avoid assault, and coming out of jail very jaded and angry
