    Without doing much in the way of research into the matter, a deterministic universe makes much more sense to me than random effects coming out of nowhere. This, of course, should have no bearing on how people live their lives or make decisions.

    dunno, I hear they sometimes fire off a few rounds about 30 minutes before they go downtown
