I currently do not have anybody who has claimed fully ready status at this time. If anybody out there has a main-sized game ready and is interested in running their game now, let me know and you should be able to go immediately.
Apologies for my absence. I think we'll be able to get another main game running by mid-week, there are two people who have already claimed that they should be ready by then.

Alright. So it looks like we'll have LoserForHireX to run the next main game, which should bring us to the last part of November. We'll have a week break for the folks in the U.S. who celebrate Thanksgiving, and we'll have either neville or someone else run the next game starting in early December.

I enjoyed running Homestar so much, I went ahead and planned another Phalla. This time I want to run a main, so allow me to register my interest and sign up my next game: Disaster at Shimizudani High. I could be ready anytime after this coming weekend, so put me as high on the list as you please, please.

Question for you phalla pros - I'm going to be hosting an IRL game this weekend, and we're expecting 12 - 15 players to come. The majority will be newbies, so I was thinking 3 mafia/werewolves, 1 seer, 1 limited vig, and 1 limited guard (1 to 2 uses total over the course of the game). Any suggestions whether this makes for a good introduction to the game or if I should change the numbers around would be most appreciated.

The Looney Labs werewolf release comes with 2 werewolves, 1 seer, and villagers (for 7-15 players). They recommend making sure you have an odd number of players for each voting cycle, so if you start with an even number of players you let the werewolves kill someone during the first night. Also, having everyone slap their legs with their hand during night helps limit the possibility of night-noise exposing the werewolves. I think if you're introducing it to new players, best to keep it to the basics. (We used standard playing cards with 2-10 being village, ace as seer, and face cards as mafia, back in the day.)

DevoutlyApathetic is next on the main list, you may want to check if he's ready to run his game.
