Outlook Express & Bulk Mailing Lists

Hello H&A, perhaps you can give me a hand

I've been asked to help a family friend with a mailing list in Outlook Express 6, and I'm not sure what to do. I need to take a couple hundred email addresses in text form and add them to Outlook's address book, and specifically to a group within that address book. Is there a way to do this without resorting to copy and paste over and over ad nauseum? The names and addresses are in the following form. Is there some kind of macro program in Outlook like there is in Word? Something else I can do? The addresses are in the following format.

"Name Lastname" <namelastname@server.com>,
Thanks for any help you can provide!
"Name Lastname" <namelastname@server.com>,
Thanks for any help you can provide!

Ok, I think I'm getting somewhere. If I take this text and call it a .csv file, I can import it into Outlook Express, and that'd be a great start. It's just formatting it so that it imports properly now, I think.
