Beyond the base ideology the libertarian requires a dogmatic and vitriolic disposition.
This is ridiculous.
No it's not. So many libertarians display this behaviour that it's become a defining factor. You can sympathize or agree with their ideology, but if you aren't an asshole about it I wouldn't call you a libertarian.
Although I guess by this definition I wasn't really a libertarian a year or two ago.

The problem with American Libertarianism is the US Libertarian party.

That literally doesn't make sense, Sarksus. Are you joking? What do you call a libertarian who isn't an asshole? A soft democrat?

Probably some kind of centrist or moderate. Honestly, labels are imperfect. Every point in the spectrum has been corrupted or diluted to the point of being nonsense.
But I'll try and explain what I mean. As I've said before libertarians identify with a harmful ideology. It's unworkable. It's popular to define a libertarian as someone who is fiscally conservative but socially liberal. What this really means is they are in favor of drastically reducing government to the point where it can hardly do anything. Civil liberties are often tossed aside, unless those liberties involve giving more freedom to the strong, like gun owners and the wealthy. Without a suitably large government it's impossible to protect the weak. You won't have the same civil liberties you enjoy today.
Without the government getting in the way of things you wouldn't have worker's rights that protected workers from unsafe working conditions or unfair treatment. Without the government you wouldn't have equal rights for minorities. Government is necessary and your standard libertarian disagrees, and if you try and tell them why they're wrong they will spew the most vitriolic and nonsensical counter-arguments back at you that have no basis in reality. This behaviour is manifested by the uncomfortable feeling that takes them because of all of the contradictory nonsense they hold in their heads. It's cognitive dissonance, and it makes them mean.
I wouldn't characterize you as a libertarian. You're much too reasonable in comparison to all the rest I've met and watched.
Inqui - Generally if you drape a towel over your chest before you start it'll prevent that kind of thing. Just something to note for the future. That, and making sure to aim into the tissue/sock/whatever you use.
So my friend bought these world of warcraft cards. And they are built on an intriguing game but I am not sure if I want to buy them too. Mostly because they are wow cards and I have this itch in the back of my mind that is telling me that as soon as the mmo dies, these cards die.
I've skimmed over the entirety of PA and a couple other sites and found nothing resembling any kind of tournament play structure or anything.
Are these cards just some kind of diversion? Should I just stick with magic?

We wouldn't be so mad all the time if you dirty hippies would just submit and do everything our way despite your own interests and lives!
I mean, uh.
Peace and love, man.
This is ridiculous.

Our time zone may be silly but at least it is superior.
Don't worry about it, James. When the Apocalypse comes, we'll die two hours later than Elldren.

t Elldren: I agree. The whole uh, white nationalist affiliation? Not good for business for them folks.
Must make Zen feel better.
Edit - Sweetie, are you and Sarks counting down 'til midnight? :P

edit: ^5 Sarks!
Had a lot of bottled up emotions around an ex of mine.
I still feel like a total piece of shit about what I did but, at least I vented.
Ah. Well, everyone makes mistakes.
Also, hi Bob. Bye Bob.
On that note, I'm off to bed. I'm gonna fall asleep to the sounds of wind through the weeds and rain on the windows.
Be good to each other, [chat].
