And to think, I was so excited when this was first announced. Disappointing
When it was first announced, and the zero issue solicited it was billed as a new Legion of Superheroes book, and since the then current book wasn't very good, I was excited for a new direction and some fresh blood on it. Instead the main focus seems to be on a mostly unrelated character I have no affinity for at all, and the painfully unfunny Starman.
That, and Geoff John's recent track record with me has been much more miss than hit latley
So the solicit for Dark Reign: Young Avengers 4 is out.

Good god, people complain about the silliest things before even reading it. She could just be mind controlling him.
No, no, no. There's an INSIDIOUS PLOT at Marvel to DE GAY him. Obviously. It certainly can't be mind control, or that they're just pairing up powers on the covers and it makes sense for her to be all over him because that's kind of how she is.
The Dark Young Avengers (one too many adjectives in that name) don't dress up as established heroes, so that's doubtful.
they aren't dressing up as the Old Young Avengers? eh, what's the point, then.
An avant-garde artist gathered a bunch of sociopathic and homicidal teenagers to form a superhero team and provoke a public conversation about what it means to be a hero in post-HAMMER America.
All of the kids are thematically similar to members of the Masters of Evil, so they'll probably end up being the Young Masters of Evil.
