    Maybe this is nothing, but I vaguely remember sitting in spawn with a scout in an arena game, and it almost looked like his hat was flickering on and off (Like a graphical glitch) to reveal his flat tan hair. It looked similar to his hat, so I thought it was possible I was seeing things. Has anybody else noticed such a phenomena?
