My roommate randomly tells me good news like this that I flip out to and then later find out he was lying. The other day, while playing a set on Rock Band, I failed out on a song when he said "So you're getting that Muse pack?"

This morning he banged on my door, woke me up, and yelled "NEW FUTURAMA IS COMING TO COMEDY CENTRAL!!"

I yelled back "Fuck You!" and went back to bed...

Now I got to apologize. Thanks, Comedy Central.

"Crimes of the Hot" is probably the best episode of Futurama. Probably my favorite animated episode of anything ever.

I came in here dreading that this wouldn't be about futurama and that Fram was just trying to make us cry.

    So happy.

It felt like the feature-length stories just weren't the right format for the show. Hopefully getting back to half-hour episodes will bring some of the old energy back. The Family Guy "movie" they did before the show got brought back suffered from the same pacing issues.

They had the Globetrotter episode on last night. It's so great. So many quick gags that made me laugh really really hard for way longer than normal people probably would.

I liked Bender's Big Score and I really kind of loved Into the Wild Green Yonder, so as long as they're on par with those and not, say, Bender's Game quality, I'll be fine.

I've notice that when refering to the movies, i always hear one of two things

    1) They all sucks and/or they are not as good as the episodes

    or

    2) Man three of the the movies were good, but X is just total garbage.
2b) No one ever agree on which one is the terrible one, the only thing people seem to all agree on is that benders big score is not the worst one.

I didn't really feel like any of the movies were on par with anything but some of the more awkward episodes of season one, and Bender's Game was really, really terrible.

and if you go look in the D&D thread, you have people saying that into the wild green yonder was by far the worst, benders game is the best.

personally i think that beast with a billion backs is the worst

Screw that, what we need is someone like Showtime or USA to pick up Pushing Daisies.
