If Ovid is to be believed you couldn't walk down the street in ancient Greece without being raped by 4 dudes, a god or at least one water nymph.

And as I pointed out in the last history thread, Ovid was an object example of why you don't call the Emperor's daughter a slut in your work. Especially when she IS one.

So much material to work from...I almost don't know where to start.

I think part two may involve some Catullus, Ovid, maybe Tibullus, and I'll have to get some Petronius in.

Books 5 and 12 of the AP could do with some more exposure as well.

The one thing I learned from reading Latin poetry was that the Romans were sick, sick fucks.

So? A galaxy with 200 billion full-sized planets is done. They just don't look good enough yet, also it needs more grafix.

Yeah, the dev is just goin to throw away multiple years of development, because hey fuck it

Okay it'll become a game in the same way Derek Smart's Battlecruiser 3000 became a game, being released in a pre-Alpha state where nothing really works.

Cuz there's this girl, I can't remember her name. I think it's Kayla Kleavage or something. She has massive tits, but they fit her old frame. She got lipo on everywhere but her chest. She has a tiny waist, stomach, arms, legs and calves but these huge fucking tits. It's so ridiculous looking.

Physics is at least half a century away from being sure of that.

What you think "makes sense" has nothing to do with reality. It just has to do with your life experience. And your life experience may only be a small smidgen of reality. Possibly even a distorted account of reality at that. So what this means is that, beginning in the 20th century as our means of decoding nature became more and more powerful, we started realizing our common sense is no longer a tool to pass judgment on whether or not a scientific theory is correct. - Neil Degrasse Tyson
