I love risotto but rarely have the time to make it, when I do it's this (forgive my terrible phone camera)
This is just fantastic as a meal in its own right, if you've never made quinoa give it a try
And this hulking behemoth of a burger which (in a reduced format, holy crap 1 lb burger) is on the menu tonight:

I think making my own sandwiches are the only thing I miss about home food at the moment, the cafeteria here is so good but if they had like a sandwich bar or something it would be amazing
