    The "Orient Express" scenario in Railroad Tycoon 3 is both the best of the lot and the most frustrating. How the hell can you both get a decent line going and meet the goal of a lifetime average speed of at least 30 MPH for express shipments (passengers and mail)?

    like okay

    i go to sci-fi cons periodically

    hang out with some damn nerdy people

    and a lot of my friends are really nerdy dudes in general

    which is all fine

    except sometimes these nerdy dudes will say, when talking about music, that they like "classical"

    what they actually mean is

    they listen to soundtracks to anime and sci fi/fantasy movies with orchestral pieces in them because they don't know a fucking thing about musical quality but they know that listening to theme from escaflowne reminds them of something they like

    it's like

    you sons of bitches

    that is not classical

    christ you people have no taste!

    then i toss my scarf of my shoulder and storm off
