One, space marines. Single player is repetitive as hell, better with a friend. Has a decent leveling system although it's easy as hell to cheese your guys out.
MP has been a balance wreck since it was released but they just released a new patch with a new arcadey cooperative mode called last stand. I haven't been able to test either of those. So maybe shit has since been spun into gold.
I was going to make fun of preacher for owning Dragon Age novels, but then the chat was locked and now the moment has passed.
Its ok, at least I don't own any star wars novels...
Well, the second part of my mocking was going to be admitting that I have just played Dungeons and Dragons for the first time this past Sunday, so I can never really make fun of anyone for doing anything nerdy ever.
Hah, yeah you nerdy fag.
Now excuse me while I cut these jump jets off of my space marine miniatures.
Haha. I had no mini painting experience until recently, but I got a few reaper minis and my box of Space Marines + Black Templar bits a month or so ago in preparation because I knew D&D and potentially mordheim/necromunda were coming.
So I need to paint my D & D guy and my plastic army dolls in preparation.
I wish there were more races in DoW II. But that is just because there is no chaos. And that is what I play. The campaign is fun but I love Tanya like missions and that is all it is. Sorry was messing with NeoTokyo. It is CS with better guns and some neat tricks it seems. I would of played more but not in the mood to actually have to pay attention to an fps atm.

Yeah, you really have to focus when you play NT or you just die. I definitely have to be in the right frame of mind to do well in that game.

I too loved GC2 and World In Conflict is equally awesome! The single player is really great, but the multiplayer is even greater. Perfect for a LAN night.

I find his style of play fairly attractive but if there's anything in fighting games that I'm truly awful at it's guarding and countering
I ain't ever been good at that shit
ni**a's crazy
Ah, yeah, he's a pretty aggressively defensive character, so maybe he's not for you.
Do you like in your face characters or zoning characters?
That sounds like fun! What is it?
Nimoy getting shit-faced drunk.
space marines!
Is that all? I mean, don't get me wrong I love my some space marines but, I was hoping for some variety I guess.
everyones all sayin he needs a nerf
that is all!
but it is still fun!
the other guys are available in multi, but I only played through the single player myself
There might also be palette-swapped space marines.

On the black screen
And that's why he is getting one. Bwahahahaahaaaa.
I enjoy playing him as Hakumen though, it's not an easy fight for Hakumen by any stretch but I feel that Hakumen has the tools to make it really fun.
Beer and TOS.
There shall also be Spocktails, Spock on the rocks and pin the ears on the Spock.
no resource management
so if you liked those maps in SC, you will like the DoWII single player
Dude I love RTS games that lack resource management.
I really should get world in conflict already.
It makes me really sad that ground control II never really took off.
Thats sounds retarded
god damn it
everything makes me almost cry these days

P.S. This is the best mini of the ones I bought:
Here's a link, I believe, to TOS.

myth was the tits
bungie's games right before halo
no, it's quite fun
your guys get stronger as they fight more and unlock new abilities
you can choose objectives (what battles to fight) and also what to accomplish within each objective/battle
Unfortunately I missed Myth. I've heard nothing but good things though. I'm afraid going back to it now it would seem really dated though.
Ah! Awesome!
And that sounds like great fun Tav!
But there is no consequence to using your forces like a bludgeon and you'd have to be daft to wipe your entire squadron.
And the way the difficulty scales is tarded. It doesn't force you to get better, it forces you to retreat back to the relay more.
On the black screen
myth was indeed the tits
the wolf age not so much

g'night [chat].
Fuck. I want that mini now.
Marduk and Anaal Nathrakh are playing here in February.
Protest The Hero in December.
Amon Amarth and Entombed this Saturday.
Isis and Altar of Plagues this Firday.
I'm going to all of them.

GOD DAMN THIS FUCKING ISLAND!
