Da hell it is. There's like 1 square mile of nice tourist trap historic district, then you leave that and hit the ghetto. There's nothing to do, the racial divide is still HUGE and a fact of life, the city stinks like ass from the paper mill, tourists everywhere looking at moss and there are three walmarts with in 10 miles of each other.
