Tam, I'm so sick I can barely focus my eyes. I know Rosalind Franklin is great but right now I'm looking at my bio notes and I can't even remember what a fibroblast is, so I'm not sure I'll be of much use.

a fibroblast is them cells that help heal wounds or somethin'

    something about collagen too

fuck it, I don't have to know that again until histology

No, I meant that actively growing something for three weeks and then not knowing what it is sounds rather serious.

Also, yes, staining in general is awesome. What is especially awesome though is when the TA's stop making you look at the same bacteria over and over and give you live protists to look at.

Pyro incorporates a lot of isolation into his routines, and it's usually the more visually impressive to watch.

Neo is my actual instructor, but every once in a while Pyro will cover for him when he can't make it. Neo is more traditional Popping, so he doesn't teach us the isolation aspect of things, which i'm perfectly fine with for now because the thing is hard enough as is!

EDIT: Nah, these are guys from the Street Dance Academy, located at Queen and Spadina.

Oh snaps, beavs a moderator, and flit and godfather can break it down all nasty like.

I wish there were break dancing and poppin' teachers around here back in the day. My little bro and I used to nab VHS's with some recorded breakdancing. We'd then try to mimic them from videos on our linolium taped to the floor. I think at some point we did get ahold of a how to tape, but we never got very far past the basics.

And what the hell? Really no one is down with the muppets singing bohemian rhapsody?.... Really?

Also I am a level green scrub when it comes to popping. It takes a good three/four months to really even get the technique halfway decent.

    I once met Jay-Z.
He asked me, "are you a critic?"
I told him I was indeed a critic.
He said, "Fuck you. You can kiss my whole asshole."
I told him I didn't like his music.
He said, "then you can press fast forward."

This is pretty much universally true. You want to make a difference, use that energy to pressure your elected officials through direct channels.

Oh well Flay, at least it got you out of the house?
