    reminds me of the time my parents would always walk in on those awkward someone is taking a bath cutscenes in those old PSX RPGs. Both parties just...trying to ignore what's on the screen. What's not leaving the screen. No seriously why do you need to talk to these people naked for so long, game, this is tortuuuuure.

    You give them from the Inventory screen when the character is in your party (so you can't in camp since you aren't in a party).

    Inventory for the character you want to give to, and then it's the same as using an item.
