Well then, the best I can really do is... Teleport - 1 - When you play this card, move any Cultist or Warrior from this region to any other region. Move the Bloodletter in Kislev to The Empire.
1/7 PP remain
And finally, move my last Acolyte in Tilea to Estalia
Even if he summons it to The Badlands, I think I still win. I am confused.
Can six battle dice kill three 2 defense cultists in The Empire? Probably.
Can two out of three cultists be eliminated in the Border Princes by the up to sixteen battle dice that will fly there? Almost absolutely.
Badlands will go to 8 Slaanesh corruption and 4 Tzeentch corruption. We're tied at 35 and I'll score 13, Tzeentch will score 11 including corruption. That's why he has 4 acolytes there, to beat my 3 for domination, or else I'd win.
If the combats go even average-ly well, then we're not done here yet and Tzeentch and I will need 4 points and 2 points respectively.
I'll guess he moved a Cultist to Tilea to be able to move the Warpstone out next round.
1. Norsca
2. Troll Country
3. Kislev
4. The Empire - 6 dice (Nurgle +1 defense, Slaanesh cultists are 0/2 from upgrade)
5. Bretonnia - 2 dice
6. Estalia
7. Tilea
8. The Border Princes - 4 dice, 3 dice; second battle after the first resolves
9. The Badlands
Khorne is up first, though Tzeentch can roll when ready. Slaanesh should wait for Khorne to roll in the Border Princes.
I said something wrong a little while ago; I don't expect six battle dice in The Empire to land the six hits necessary to prevent the region from being ruined. I guess if he lands 4 hits and kills both of my cultists and ignore's nurgle's five, I'll be very very sad.
Border Princes is unlikely to be ruined (Can I kill Khorne's cultist with a hit if I control it?), Badlands is guaranteed to be ruined. Considering that, here's how The Empire plays out;
If Khorne doesn't kill anything, I win.
If Khorne leaves one of my cultists alive, I win.
If Khorne kills both of my cultists, Nurgle wins.
If Khorne kills one or two of Nurgle's cultists, I win.
If Khorne kills three cultists, the region isn't ruined and we're going to the next round.
Ergo, Khorne could possibly be a huge jerk and ruin my victory for me
Well, I did forgot to make a symbol for the free-moving Nurgle cultists. (But I've updated the template for that now.)
I thought the upside down cultist worked alright for that, but if you could send me the new version for next game (starting soon, it seems), that would be great.
The control mechanic is odd. Do I roll it's attack die during Khorne's turn or during my own? I suppose it's a moot point for cultists, but if I'm controlling a Khorne warrior with the upgrade, then the timing is important, heh

It's as your action; however, if it were an upgraded Khorne Warrior, you'd get an "early hits" round in that region right after Khorne rolled for his other warriors (or Blood Frenzy).

Yes... the only thing you can't do there is place corruption or play Chaos cards.
quick edit: Otherwise, once the Empire is ruined, you'd be hosed if you needed to get to the other side of the map.
