So... since we don't have a whole lot of meat for this here OP, maybe we should move this discussion in a productive direction. What does everyone think about the TOS for 360 profiles? Obviously, Microsoft has the right to include whatever they damn well please, but I would argue they do some stupid bullshit with it. It's really not cool they go out of their way to make people who mention their sexuality change it or create another profile. Thoughts?

As far as Microsofts policies are when it comes to what you put in your bio. It's their world, and their rules. When you sign up for Live you agree with their ToS, and griping about it after you break the rules is just silly.
