(NEW) Q: Once a region has been
ruined, can it be selected for the
effects from an Old World card?
When you are given the choice among several options
for placement, you may choose a ruined region, however,
since new Old World tokens cannot be placed in a
ruined region, selecting that region has no effect, since a
token will not be placed.
Yeah... my reaction (just posted on BGG):
This leaves the question unanswered: what if the player is told to place something in "any region" or "any other region"? Does this count as giving them "the choice among several options", or may they not choose a ruined region in that case? What about Divine Inspiration - can you choose a peasant in a ruined region, and if so, would it fizzle or be replaced? Basically, once the first region is ruined, can the player with lowest threat make choices in such a way as to avoid putting down new Old World tokens? Sounds like they are saying "yes", but I cannot tell for sure whether they only mean cards like Dwarf Trollslayers with specific choices.
Well, now, this sounds fun...
Q: When you control an enemy
Cultist using Slaanesh’s Soporific
Musk card, can you resummon the
controlled Cultist to another region?
A: Yes, the Slaanesh player can summon the controlled
Cultist to another region. If the Cultist is summoned
to another region, it remains under the influence of the
Soporific Musk. The controlled figure should be marked
in some way to make sure everyone knows the figure is
still under control of the Slaanesh player until the end of
the turn.
Wasn't that one in the old FAQ? You also get to use it's special abilities, so you can drag Warpstones around with an upgraded acolyte or summon an upgraded leper for free (following its usual restrictions).
How so? You're getting a dial click and 5 VP; Khorne's getting nothing.
Advice for you, Khorne; when summoning Bloodletters late in a round, summon them to regions with lots of enemy figures such that they cannot all run away. Kislev or The Empire would have been a much better choice than Estalia for that last figure =(
Things that need to happen (feel free to go out of order):
1. Tzeentch to choose an upgrade
2. Slaanesh to choose an upgrade.
3. Nurgle to remove a corruption.
4. I'll reveal the next Old World card and begin updating hands
5. Tzeentch may discard one card, if he wishes (3 cards left in hand), before drawing back up to 5 cards.
I'd put Khorne and Nurgle at about the same place. Khorne's is useful, but one die only goes so far. Nurgle's is great for stalling, but if you spread out all your lepers you're probably just going to regroup them anyway.
I like Nurgle's Plaguebearers upgrade, personally.

Sure, try to steer me away from the Ruination upgrade. I see your plan, Brother.

Round 3 Begins!
Corruption and Chaos rage across the Old World, but from the ancient and mysterious island of Ulthuan there comes a visitor of great power...
Teclis Aids the Empire
Remove all Event tokens from the board and remove any Old World card bearing the Twin-tailed comet from the Old World track.
Then, place one Event token in any region.
In the end phase when Old World cards are resolved, remove all Cultists from every region containing at least one Event token. Then move all Event tokens in play to the region with the most corruption tokens.

Moving some discussion on this to the general board games thread so I can contribute without cluttering up your thread ;o

BTW, next time one of you drops a Chaos card, could you remind me to update your hand in your doc file?
I'm not sure I can place that anywhere other than The Empire
Sorry for the delays everyone. I was tired enough from that sun-tues stretch that I went to bed at 7pm last night and just woke up. Feeling quite refreshed now and should be able to update regularly (at least until next week).

Welcome back
You can take your first move this turn too, if you like.
Rule question: the Event tokens will move to the region with the most corruption at the end of the turn. If The Empire still has the highest corruption, will the token stay there?
Also, if more than one region is tied for highest corruption, do I assume correctly that the lowest threat Power will decide which one it goes to?

Dear me, everyone's coming to visit it seems. Oh well; you can keep the place. Khorne; I'm done denying you your kills; I believe it's high time you got some blood.
Move a cultist from the Border Princes to Bretonnia, dragging the Warpstone with him.
