    woot! i'll be bringing my strings in case the opportunity arises...

    though with that many ppl around it might be risky. hitting myself in the head with a glowstick = no big deal. hitting other ppl in the head = big deal.

    Have you ever played an MMO?

    If not, it is common for a couple people to be just idling wherever and someone come up and type /dance and they do their character's dance. A lot of times someone else will be walking by or nearby and /dance as well.

    When I played CoH there would be /dance parties everywhere in big cities. PS Home has them all over the place too.

    Well, tea bagging happens a lot too to those sitting/laying down. I'm hoping that doesn't so much happen.

    Oh I'm aware of the convention (not strictly idle dancing, but in FFXI I was a huge fan of the TaruTaru "panic" animations, and getting little TaruTaru panic parties started whenever possible was awesome) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYY-yTETqew

    But if you have glowsticks, you might _also_ want to show some love to the good people of BOSTON8BIT... who are basically throwing a chiptune rave for us... only at 11:00 am... in a convention hall... heh... just saying!
