Hate: Guild I found that actually does raids on the days I'm off had one of the officers hacked and everyone in the guild booted, even the guy that invited me to trial. That or the GM was being a silly goose and decided to ninja the gbank and give everyone the old heave ho
SEETHING: Did a heroic pit of saron with a terrible warrior tank. He was slightly undergeared compared to the rest of the group but that wasn't the issue. He was slow and inattentive. He had never done the dungeon before but we had made it clear that we would coach him through the encounters. But he was more concerned with completing the quest objectives there than making sure his squishies didn't get their heads caved in. We didn't make it to the first boss when things came to a head as he had his back turned on those drake/rider pats. I typed "PAT" when it was coming up him, but the plight of those troll slaves were more important than the angry dragon and viking that ran past him to one shot the healer. The rest of us died in short order.
When we brought this up in a most vocal manner he pulled a "WELL I'VE NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT GO BACK TO YOUR HOUR LONG QUEUE" I let him know that I'd rather do that than deal with a shitty tank and the repair bill associated with it.
tl;dr: The healer was geared enough to keep him up through his low gear. Me (warlock) and the mage did enough damage between us that we could pretty much melt whatever mob and control our threat that we didn't accidentally explode ourselves. All the tank had to do was focus on holding aggro but he failed tanking 101: hit stuff and make it not like you.
Oh yeah. Hate: Got passed on for tier tokens multiple times for initiates. o_O
Assuming initiates in your guild are on a trial of sorts, why give them loot that any member might want? If they end up not passing their trial you've just let the loot pass out of your guild.

well that's odd(dumb). Last time I checked initiates don't get gear until they prove they're capable of not standing in bad things or if nobody else wanted it. Even in that case I'd rather see whatever it is sharded

That's what confuses me, too. In fact, our policy used to be that initiates only got gear if it was either going to get sharded otherwise, or rare cases, offspec.
I wonder if maybe I pissed the officers off, but if I did, that's pretty passive aggressive of them.
Yes, one blue per random. It's pretty awesome, they're almost all solid upgrades.
I've been doing shammy as well, but healing dungeons while enhance spec. Gunna dual-spec at level 40 then do it as resto properly, but it's been going perfectly so far. Lesser Healing Wave spam is quite enough to keep anyone and everyone alive even at level 30 with no points in anything but enhance.
Happy: Got to do a night of 25 raiding that didn't leave me a vicious seething ball of rage.
Ham Sammich: I have 3k more health then the next highest tank, my guild leader.
Hate: Died on Festergut just as the other tank picked him up, while he was at 2 inhales. Got battle rezzed, waited until he blighted, accepted, popped a self heal to not die to gas, got healed up by the healers slowly, then headed back in until the other tank got 9 stacks of bloat, picked Fester back up and died just as he hit 3rd inhale. As we run back from the wipe, someone complains "We have too many healers for Festergut"
Happy: Five people in my raid responded to the above statement with "If we have too many healers, why did Cwn die? TWICE?" Next attempt I didn't die, we downed him, and we went on to clear Putrcide, princes, and dreamwalker before we called it for the night.
Happy: Tonight is 25 part two, progression night! Blood queen is going down.
Hate: Even if she drops her shield, the guild leader has way more DKP than me

Before following any advice, opinions, or thoughts I may have expressed in the above post, be warned: I found Keven Costners "Waterworld" to be a very entertaining film.

Hate: My Wintergrasp fishing was inturrupted by a fury warrior. This adds him to the list of the other fury warrior, the DK, the Boomkin, and the warlock that have before attacked my prot warrior when I'm fishing.
Hate: He was the first one I wasn't able to kill and then canabalize.
Happy: Because he had rocket boots, and used them to flee for his life when he realized he was gonna get killed by a tank.

Happy: One shot everything but BQL last night and now on the frost wing, not bad for 4 hours of time (including VoA/Weekly)
Happy: Our one attempt at dreamwalker with no one knowing absolutely what to do ended up with us hitting the enrage with about 90% of her life. (we had 10 minutes left in raid night and everyone wanted to just see the fight).
Really Happy: The team that was beating us is now failing against putricide. With the same people they've had for months now.

not a doctor, not a lawyer, examples I use may not be fully researched so don't take out of context plz, don't @ me
Furious Hatred: The elitists whining about it. Oh no! Scrubs will now be downing LK!
I'm just kinda pissed that it happened to go in this week.
On my server, my guild is currently the furthest progressed, and has been for most of WotLK. And even though we are the top guild, we maintain a very low key, humble attitude. I think we realize that we're not anywhere near doing any world firsts, so there's no point in spouting off about our accomplishments. The second guild in progression had a brief time of being the top guild during T9 content, and were very vocal silly geese regarding that fact. Even still, the trolls in their guild are very vocal in the trade channel and forums with their claims of being #1.
Now for the worrisome part. The second progressed guild finally downed LK25 last week, so they finally have access to 25 man hard modes this coming week. This week also happens to be when a large number of my guildies are going to Vegas to hang out, so our raid schedule is going to be thrown all out of whack and possibly put on hold due to not having people to fill the raid. It's questionable whether we will be able to really work at any new hard modes this week at all. Meanwhile, the other guild is going to have the advantage of raiding all week with 5% larger buff than we had over the past few weeks. I can just imagine them pulling ahead of our progression and spouting off about how great they think they are.
Silly silly geese i tell you.
I dunno... I hope that I'm worried for nothing.
Who the hell's second on our server? Cataclysm?
Buncha fucking scrubs. Not a lot of concern they'll get very far in hard modes.

I had a boomie try to kill me when I was doing that daily, I DoT'd him up, renew, disperse, rocket boots.
He was dead before the boots wore off.
Hilarious: People who ask for rezzes in BGs. Especially when I'm escorting the flag carrier on the last cap, 15 seconds from winning.
Also Hilarious: Teasing an enemy warrior by running back-and-forth just inside charge range. He stood there for 10+ seconds waiting to charge, then decided to run away from me to get into range. I followed him, of course. I don't think he ever hit me before someone killed him.

This used to drive me crazy back when sh/sh Rogues could rupture kite you, until I realised that piercing howl was there.

"...only mights and maybes."
Hate: Not the most optimal pieces, but it'll do for now.
Happy: Progress on LK. Some of it is definitely more than just the 10% buff.

Sharding something in front of someone who wants it would be kind of a dick move. :P
I think?

Hope: my warlock can get as lucky in getting T10 from VoA as my rogue did
-- Gnome mage enchantress and inscriptionologist... er scribbler --
Huh: This is the first time I've leveled an alt since the dungeon finder, does the bag o goodies just contain one blue per random?
Hope: That I get him up higher, having one healing spell makes for boring instances.

Warlock gear doesn't exist in VoA.

BQL's shield is a myth.

Happy: Lucky DoT crits
Grumble Grumble: Our next few and last attempts of the night didn't really go anywhere.
Still, we're seeing considerable improvement on our phase 2 handling, so it doesn't feel like a fluke.
Or did you mean past, you silly goose.
Hate: it.
well, hate trying to grasp the fucker, enjoy it's uses

Ecstatic: Won the drake with a 99! My friend that I brought along rolled a 98. He was not very happy.
Hate: ICC progression night cancelled due to lack of attendance.
