<Clawshrimp and Co> are an Arcadian friendly Alliance guild on the US-Draenor server. The core of the guild is made up of Penny Arcade forumites and their friends and family, most of whom understand the ways and means of our bizarre corner of the internet.
How Do I Join?
We are a casual guild, but passionate and dedicated to creating a fun and successful environment for our guild mates. Do you want a place to socialize and troll trade chat for an hour after work? Do you just want to run a few heroics with silly persons? Do you want a relaxed raiding experience with an emphasis on fun rather than slamming our nethers in a door for four hours? Clawshrimp just might be for you.
On Draenor, you can type "/join PA" to join the Penny Arcade chat channel, you can /who Clawshrimp and ask an officer for an invite (Cellophane, Ylon, Jermy, Creidhe, Noisymunk), and you can post here in the thread to let us know you'll be dropping by. When you join, be sure to sign up for our website, http://clawshrimpandco.enjin.com/login, for access to our guild forums and news.
What Classes Do You Need?
Our needs are fairly well met right now, however, we'll accept anyone into this guild no matter what level, gear, or spec. Come one, come all, come on Eileen.
What Do You Expect Of Me?
Obey Wheaton's Law, don't be a dick.
If you are raiding, be on time (to be early is to be on time and to be on time is to be late) and stocked with the consumables and gear sets you might need.
Can your class fill more than one role? You don't have to be proficient in all of them, but you will be included in more activities if you gear for more than one spec.
Don't be a baby. No, really. A fair amount of jackassery is a part of any Penny Arcade group, so wear your big-kid pants, and wear them on your head.
When does stuff happen?
Team Clashromp raids on Sunday evenings at 2pm server time (PST) and Wednesday evenings at 6pm PST. If Old School raiding is your thing, you dirty achievement whore, we love to take a random weeknight and drunkenly plow through old dungeons and make dick jokes. The guild is most active in the evenings after everyone gets home from work.

Also: The need for at least one other dedicated raid healer, maybe two just in case the whole tanking thing ever works out for me. Preferably a Durrid but honestly we'll take another Shaman if we have to.
From a raid perspective, we are in need of a non-shaman healer and a dps to fill out our 10 man roster.
Also I do drag people to the CORE or AQ40 for fun sometimes.

So I should track how many people log out in a rage just because I decide to DPS a bit because the actual DPS can't fight their way out of a paper bag?
I always find it funny when my healer starts dpsing in heroics.
I find it particularly funny when they beat out dps on the meters.
I'm at 16 with my Rogue, and 24 with my Hunter. Convince me to continue, as my will to level up new peoples this close to Cataclysm is splitting me in two!
On one side, I need to be high level to see the new, pretty content!
On the flipside, though, I want to see what all-torn-up Azeroth/starter zones look like!

So I've got my draenei mage and he's relatively well geared, but if I start a worgen or whatever when Cataclysm comes out, chances are I'll stick with him to 85 and beyond. Oh well, who knows what'll happen.
There is no fun in those places. None.
There is only sadness, and really really awful horrible itemization.
And 3 manning Rag and getting him down before Sons makes me very very sad.

I think the best option is to have your 80 so you can play with everyone else and then alt it up with everyone else to explore the new content.
