    The whole premise is a little insulting, to be honest. I know more than one girl (probably a guy too) who would find that attractive. Yet he's supposed to be hideous, and needs to find a "normal" looking girl to go back to being "normal."

    Which I guess isn't any different than the regular story. This one is just a bit too modernized.

    Trailers have always been that bad.

    The ratio of good trailers to bad ones has got to be a lot worse than the ratio of good to bad everything else. Even good movies can and do have shitty trailers.
