    Is it intentional that the first two augmentations that cost the same grant the same perk (and thus are redundant)?

    I think it's so that you can buy two levels of the perk. I don't think you can double up on augments.

    Oh, there's a perk named 'Hacker' while there's no perk category called 'Hacker' so I assumed it referred to the perk itself.

    base dodge/success rate?

    can you attack people that aren't in the same area you are with melee? with ranged/area weapons?

    Can you aquire additional perks over the course of the game?
