Is this just dinner or will there be party-style gaming (Rock Band, Rayman's Raving Rabids, Just Dance, gaming trivia contest, etc.) available? Do the organizers need help w/ said gaming?

Yes. We are not allowing any intermingling between flavors as we don't know what will happen if a chocobo meets Mario and his Turnip...Can you imagine if we let Mr. Hot-Dog get involved? It'll be anarchy.
Absolutely not. It's merely a way for us to know how much of what to get, because everybody has different tastes. Once you get there and grab your food, you're welcome to go wherever you like and chow down!!
However, if birds wish to sit with birds etc and make it into an uber West Side Story type situation, i'm ok with that.
That's a good question, I don't know. I haven't heard much about Pre-PAX Gaming or it's status. Prior to the dinner, however, is the Magical Mystery Tour and post dinner is the Tri-Wizard Drinking Tournament, if those types of things tickle your fancy.
For some reason, though, I don't believe the dinner coincides directly with Gaming, but I can't imagine there would be too much problem to do both.
