Mazzy, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday around 8pm EST work for me. If they're bad for you let me know and I'll jigger something.

There are some acts so ruthless, some deeds so unpalatable, that only the Vlka Fenryka are capable of undertaking them. It's what we were bred for. It's the way we were designed. Without qualm or sentiment, without hesitation or whimsy. We take pride in being the only Astartes who will never, under any circumstances, refuse to strike on the Allfather's behalf, no matter what the target, no matter what the cause.
Wednesday or Thursday will work. Probably a little later since 8 pm est is dinner time around here if that is cool with you.
I could do 9. If it gets too late I hear there's a way to save and pick it up later.

9 would be fine. Even 8:30. Being MST, I am two hours behind if you are EST. The 750 game I played didn't take more than like 2 and half hours or so. And my list isn't a horde list or anything.
I'm usually found on there most nights here, so evenings for you too, just hop on, send a PM here, if I don't respond within a few minutes I can't get on that night, otherwise I will hop on and meetja

Elder, sorry but I may not be able to play tomorrow. My computer is doing this thing where it crashes if it's on for 20 minutes and I haven't figured out why yet.
Extreaminatus, what's your schedule like tomorrow? I'm just going to try and be on Vassal as much as possible; shoot me a PM if you're on and good to game.

Well, I'm going to mess around for a little while to see what works and what doesn't. Should crash in the next 10 minutes or so if it's still messed up.

The Ouroboros Razors get cut like bitches... again!
Against the viley vile Eldar, Dawn of War, Annhlation, I lost 3KP to 0. I had what I thought was a solid plan. Slide up my bikes around the side, let him come to me. Sure, there'd be plenty of cover saves, but I'd be hitting him (especially that Wraithlord) with so much melta and plasma, the wraithbone would burn!
The Harlequinns would have to come to me if they wanted to be able to do anything at all, and if I finagled things right, I'd speed bump them with what was left of my bike troops after the wraithlord was gone, leaving them right out in the open for captain, command squad, and sniper scouts to shoot full of holes.
I just didn't expect that the eldar would make so many cover saves, while I would fail them! And then that speedbump bike squad kept the wraithlord tied up in CC for four assault phases, one marine refusing to lose CC while the wraithlord fell asleep, woke up again, fell asleep, and then finally put his wraithfist through the biker's torso. So much for the rain of plasma burning wraithbone...
I swung my command squad around the ruins where all the silliness was taking place, hoping to catch the Harlequinns on the flank. Too bad I misjudged the distance and left them in charge range... the harlies ripped apart the command squad, once more leaving the brave Cap'n on his own. He successfully fell back out of combat as my snipers gave up on trying to kill the Rangers with their 2+ cover save, and started plinking harlies. Cap'n survived all the way until turn 7, leaving the scouts stuck on a roof, all alone, one living Ranger and one wound left on the Wraithlord the only things keeping me from having at least one KP.
when we get up to the multiblock rounds.... do we need to use all the blocks available, if we instead want to go with core +1 block instead of core +2 blocks for example...?

Core + 1 block = 750pts
Core + 2 blocks = 1000pts
why would you want to field 750pts vs your opponent's 1000pts?

Dark Eldar Launch Raid on Necrons, Necrons Shrug and Go Home
It was an awesome game, but the Dark Eldar speed (and HQ selection) has carried the day!
Capture and control, spearhead deployment:
The first few turns saw some moving and shooting, and a raider was wrecked on turn 2.
Some Destroyers shot and wounded my Talos, some splinters bounced off of some Necrons, but nobody was terribly impressed.
My HQ's raider exploded on turn 3, but nobody was hurt, and my Archon and the 3 Incubi that were left after being shot at mercilessly proceeded to destroy a squad of warriors that was guarding their objective.
On turn 4 Susan's Destroyers, well, destroy my Archon instantly and 2 remaining Incubi, leaving one left alone. She passes her moral check and moves to fight the Destroyer squad (which she does, and wins on a sweeping advance). My Talos also kills the Necron Lord and rests on his laurels as the warrior squad's attacks fail to phase him.
Turn 5 sees the weirdest slap fight ever fought between future undead and a floating torture rack. Nobody was wounded as they stopped to play with their belly-buttons.
Turn 6, the Talos kills some Necrons and they phase out.
It was a really awesome game. The Destroyers scared me to death when they wounded my Talos on turn one, but then they started shooting up my Raiders instead. I learned that gauss weapons are scary. I also learned that splinter weapons are freaking useless against anything that's not un-armored Guardsmen.
Necron MVP: Destroyers that shoot things TO DEATH. Dark Eldar MVP: The Lone Incubi, Destroyer of Destroyers.
I may make a mini to commemorate the occasion of her destroying a squad of Destroyers whenever new DE minis are released.

*sigh* My Warriors couldn't hit the broad side of a barn this fight... 23 Point-Blank shots against his Talos, 14 Point Blank against his HQ... I think they only killed 2 Models throughout the whole game... And 5 Destroyers getting wiped out by a single lone Incubus...? Screw it, I'm bringing my Monolith and blowing up some s**t.
