Room capacity depends on the hotel policy (as stated by fire bldg regulations), for example we have a 2queen bedroom, so we can have as much as 4 people, but most hotel will lookaway if the guests puts more people than expected, as long as they wouldn't get complaints on that room. Some hotels though will charge you for extra people, and you also can request for a rollaway bed.
Just so you know, it's darn easy to hop on the light rail train to go to downtown Seattle ^_~ It's about a 6-10mins walk from the Westlake Station to WSTCC

Other notes: We have one person back out last minute, so we have one openning. The room is 10-15 mins walk to the WSTCC, clean, decent and cheap. It's for a 2 queen bedroom, so you are basically paying for half a bed. Cash upon check-in or when I meet you. Just keep your stuff/junk in your bag, mind the noise specially if people are sleeping and please take a shower daily. Thats about it, thanks for looking.^_^
