Our new Indie Games subforum is now open for business in G&T. Go and check it out, you might land a code for a free game. If you're developing an indie game and want to post about it,
follow these directions. If you don't, he'll break your legs! Hahaha! Seriously though.
Our rules have been updated and given
their own forum. Go and look at them! They are nice, and there may be new ones that you didn't know about! Hooray for rules! Hooray for The System! Hooray for Conforming!

God I loved that guy.
It was like Son Of Timecube Man.
Also, every location we fight in needs shipping containers.
It's really not as bad as I joke about sometimes.
Also to put it into perspective, the past couple of days I have been hanging out with my best friend who now lives in Clarksville, Arkansas.
Population from the 2000 Census: 7,719
Location: Arkansas
and they could travel to a medieval alternate reality and you would hop between their real life that played like GTA and their medieval life that played like a hack and slash and each one would have RTS elements and a dating sim social system and your characters would age and there would be a cartoon and a trading card game and
maptools?
Not an issue with me, at least <3
Did you guys visit the one bar in kansas?
So far I'm thinking:
She said she'll bake something to bring along so I figure no 'dessert' item as that would be kind of a slap in the face. What should be added/changed?
hold on let me put on my wifebeater
And places to hide
Like behind mooks
lotsa calber wars- sort of like car guys arguing turbocharged engines and 4l or 6l, and manual v tiptronic. when people have a favorite something in the gun community, oftentimes it's really they're favorite and they trash everything
it's saying:
9mm is too weak
.45 is too heavy a bullet that doesn't penetrate/low capacity
.40 is a shitty, snappy, stepchild caliber
10mm is perfect and what a hitman would use, were god his target
This is actually the same friend who had that story.
Apparently he at least doesn't live in a dry county anymore.
Gang of Daggers dude was the same guy as Crane Operator dude?
you did great
You did fine!
Jax is a gank machine, especially early
Well thats good, I mean if you live in arkansas at least you should be able to drink.
All of it?
That would probably take several lifetimes
If they are in high school or previous that can be the start of a good career. EG: it can provide the impetus to actually learn how to program and such.
Lots of good developers got their start, way back when, because they had "lots of great ideas" and then actually learned what was involved in making them happen.
so basically gun debates are like G&T threads, then
just run it with meeeeeeeeeeee
I was looking over my character sheet and apparently the Power Feat: Precise allows me to shoot my blasts into combat without any risk of hitting you.
Are the wheat thins for toppers? If so maybe consider some Kashi crackers. They're fancier!
Yeah, if I ever did Star Wars: Saga or 4e or something, it would have to be like that.
Descent is the very worst possible example for something like this -- custom D6 with symbols on them, deck of cards for the "DM" dude, interrupts, yadda yadda.
It's mostly that one session of Descent a week is not enough. I want more sessions of everything!
Hmm for a one-on-one we're probably just as well using your d100 system.
i was sooooo mad when i disconnected, because i was doing really well
i hit that one slob looking char with 4 spear shots and didn't get hit once myself, i was really on top of things when it happened
but yeah i think i'm doing a lot better
hopefully i'll play again tonight
There's more than one bar there. Though technically most of them are in Missouri.
i was pretty psyched but then months went by with people cancelling and then finally a day is decided on
and it's a day that not everyone can make and so i'm out
IIRC, it's about a bunch of highschool kids who find a portal to a medieval fantasy world and have crazy adventures after school.
Have you played all the old SSI D&D games? Those are some good stuff and you are way too young to have cought them when they were new. Shouldn't be hard to find them if you poke around.
The two Dark Sun games in particular are very good (Shattered Lands and Wake of the Ravager). The classic Pool of Radiance series is neat (Pool of Radiance, Curse of the Azure Bonds, Secret of the Silver Blades, Pools of Darkness). There are two Buck Rogers games based on the same engine.
The Savage Frontier games (Gateway to the Savage Frontier and Treasures of the Savage Frontier) have a slightly more advanced engine and more dialogue.
Oh and Forgotten Realms Unlimited Adventures lets you make your own games in that engine (like a 2d Neverwinter Nights).
thbppppppppppppt
What has that wretched group done to you.
He's either referring to (or got the story mixed up) my friend who lived in a town in Arkansas that only had one bar.
Also I don't live in KC, but even Topeka has at least a few dozen bars.
tell me about the ARG that will precede the release
