Please help me out with my research project! UPDATE: New Survey (About Forums)

Hey guys and gals,

I am currently working on a research project for my CS415 class (Social Implications of Computing), and my topic is Social Networking and Internet Forum Addiction. Basically I'm just polling as many people as I can about their internet forum surfing habits. So if you could fill out the survey (by 'fill out' I mean click 5 times) for me that would be fantastic! It takes MAYBE 10 seconds of your life, if you read slow.

I know it's late, but hopefully I get a few responses by tomorrow 4pm EST. :)

    Good luck on the project man. I'm seeing all these kids in the Computer lab on Campus and it's pretty much 6/10 of them on Facebook. The other 4 have facebook minimized while they Powerpoint it up for class.

    Scary.

    I'm the one person that put 0 for pretty much everything. I think I check twitter once a week.

    Done. I'm glad that you didn't include PA as it's almost a permanent tab on my browser :P

    Tell people that this survey is short and fast because sometimes these uni surveys are lengthy. And yeah, thank god you didn't include PA or you would have some funny data :P

    Seems like if you're addicted to PA you aren't addicted to social networking sights, and vice-versa. Seriously the results so far suggest you guys check it maybe once or twice a day. :P

    Also we're nearing 50, so we'll see what happens when I get there.

    Done. I quit facebook a while ago so it was 0's all the way

    Only recommendation I would have for the survey (not that you can really change it now) is having an option that is actually 0, as in I dont use social networking.

    So I had to change to Zoomerang... All my data from the original one is basically lost unless I pay $20. I don't have the cash just to pay for some results... :( I'm sorry guys I have to ask you to take it again, but on the new one from Zoomerang. That site has 100 results for free, which should be enough.

    Haha, my wife said I should fake some of the numbers but that's no fun. I'd like to think I can get some real data out of this. :P

    Also, for something like twitter, it's hard to judge because it's always on. I mean I leave the tab running and it just continuously updates so it's hard to say, so I just ran the middle there.
