I was lucky enough to be home when the mail carrier came to tell me about this:
A wild package has appeared!
I opened it up to discover a whole lot of packages!
First, the note:
This contained the Indie Energy Pack on Steam! I didn't have any of these games and had been eyeing Galcon Fusion for quite a while now.
On to the goodies!
Candy from America's Hat (they're delicious )! Also some stuff called Gamer Fuel, which should help fuel my game.
A pack of assorted DND miniatures (yes I still play)!
Toys! A fridge-magnet windup car, a laser gun keychain, some silly putty, and some little magnet racecars.
DVDs! A box set of Trailer Park Boys (never heard of this delightful piece of Canuckistanian cultural heritage before), a box set of the 80's DND cartoon (fuck yes!), and a box set of cult classics (Attack of the Giant Leeches, The Wasp Woman, Creature from the Haunted Sea, A Bucket of Blood, Last Woman on Earth, The Little Shop of Horrors, The Terror, Dementia 13, She Gods of Shark Reef, Swamp Women. Ye gods that's a lot of movies!).
Books! Slaughterhouse Five, Ender's Game (I totally do the new-book-smell-page-riffle thing too), Night of the Living Trekkies, and a Warhammer novel called Gotrek & Felix: The First Omnibus.
And the grand prize:
What could it be!?!?!?!?
Wait a second, I've seen that before...
SHIT YES! A preorder gift of Witcher 2! I was absolutely going to be buying this game, been eying it since it popped up for preorder, so this is fuckin perfect.
Figgy, you are the raddest of the peoples. Thanks so much dude.
Yay! Glad everything was to your liking! But... but... did a certain papery guardian make the journey safely?
Japanese candy!! I don't know what any of it is, but I've already eaten a bunch of it.... So much for my diet. But they sure do make some delicious candy! Next!!
A freaking amazing Simon Pegg/Shaun of the Dead shirt!! It's amazingly comfortable and I'm going to wear it until I die or it disintegrates... Whichever comes first! (Wearing it as I type this). Also got a 1600 MSPoints card!! I've already redeemed it and will be purchasing something soon!
So to completely dominate this page I'd like to ask you guys something... How do you go about finding someone's trophies on their PS3 account? Is it possible?

Yep, there's a website where you can view someone's PSN profile. It was posted earlier in the thread.
You can also compare on the PSN if you get added by them or meet them in a game.

To be fair to Santees - if yours is in the Northeastern US, tracking is pretty fucked due to the thruway closing because of snow.
All of this stuff I ordered for myself says it's arrived, and it hasn't, and Amazon just sent me an email saying that a lot of stuff is delayed and it's being weird.
I had a package say it was in Buffalo, then say it departed and had arrived in East Syracuse, then 2 hours later say it was BACK in Buffalo, then the next morning say "Out for Delivery" (Im 2 hours away...)
I got it today. So some Santees may still be waiting!

Received a Customs Notice yesterday. Eagerly heading down to the post office revealed it to be a false alarm, instead I got a few Threadless T's that I had ordered for my trouble.
I don't know whether to be please for my order or disappointed.
Santee: Main gifts dispatched from your local Amazon but I'll send a smaller packet from home next weekend.
Santa: I travel home for three weeks next weekend, just an FYI.

Fuck me now I'm the asshole that forgot one of the most awesome parts, here's fixing that!
His job is now to keep watch over my TF2 mousepad and make sure monsters don't attack me while I'm playing.
Super awesome, Figgy.
(this is what happens when the forum breaks and I can't post )
I'd like to tell you that my photos will be up today, but I have to feed babies, make brownies, and play Halo: Reach (and maybe MNC) with my best friend tonight. They will be up, at the latest, at some point tomorrow. Let it be known though, that, that Judge-Z gives awesome presents.
If it's any consolation I took the photos the day the package game, but then the forums died. Whoops.
Without a pet, my trusty assistant Black Mage has risen to the challenge of opening this strange parcel containing...cheer? What sorcery is this?
First, a missive from an enemy wizard!
Upon looking at these pages, it is clear that my genius Santa knows of my love for pulp adventure - especially the Hollow Earth Expedition RPG. And the art! My Santa is quite talented, indeed...
Kentuckyland! That's where all that ruckus down south's been coming from...
A small tin is opened, revealing mini-dinosaurs! Black Mage is overwhelmed!
Next, a tome from the great sage Tolkien. Neither of us have heard of this book, but it looks very interesting. To the top of the reading list with you!
Finally - oh my! The Space: 1889 RPG! I've heard great things about this one but have never had the chance to play it. I could get some great pulp ideas from this...
Finally, here's a note from my Santa. Dawasaurus, you did a fantastic job, and I was grinning from ear to ear while opening all of these great gifts. I know it was tough with my limited posting, but your stalking was dead-on, and the art in the adventure booklet was amazing! I'll even use the mini-dinos in a future Hollow Earth game!
Thank you so much Dawasaurus, and Merry Christmas!

GIFTPOAST HOOOOOOOO!!!!
A ridiculously large package appears!
After a thorough inspection following strict TSA guidelines... the opening begins!
And inside I find! .... another layer of brown paper.
And inside of THAT I find!... another layer... this time green duct tape?
I begin tearing off one continuous strip of duct tape. This thing is fucking mummified. I begin to wonder if this thing isn't just one solid cube of duct tape, when suddenly...
A familiar sight! A brown package.
Hmmm. Seems important. I better do as it says.
This is already the weirdest fucking package I have ever received and I haven't even gotten it all the way open yet! I pull apart the gull wing doors like some kind of cardboard Delorean...
Sum wurds. Strebalicious is the culprit!!!
SNACKS! A LIFETIMES SUPPLY OF SNACKS!! But wait! These snacks appear to be from the moon.
There are also vending machine toys and a Yoshi plushy and a fucked up Mario board game and MARIO KINDER EGGS FUCKS YES!
What in the goddamn fuck? I am going to have to make up rules for this one. I'm sure I can make some sort of drinking game out of it!
One of the vending machine toys was a frosty beer mug Nanoblocks Set (think LEGO but extra fucking tiny). I couldn't help but build the Golden God for my new Nanoblocks friend.
The weirdest part of my gift? FISH. Dried up fucking fish!!! I'm guessing they are some kind of snack for moon people?
I have my taste tester try them first to make sure they aren't poison. Then it's my turn. I'm not sure why we thought eating them ass first would be better than head first.
The moment of FLAVOR IMPACT.
Maybe if I eat enough of these dried up moon fish I will figure out how to play that Mario board game!
This is one of the awesomest, totally out there gifts I have ever gotten from anybody.
THANK YOU STREBALICIOUS! YOU ARE LE AWESOME.

If you look on The Witcher 2 pre-order page, it says it comes with a Geralt(sp) papercraft and other "collectible" characters. Meanwhile, the Geralt papercraft template has been available for quite some time straight from the official site anyway, along with a prisoner and torturer. I really hope the "collectible characters" we get in May as part of our pre-order aren't the same ones.

This may have already been established in a previous year's secret santa thread, but our cats are twins.
Absolutely did! Thanks again man!
Haha! My sister just moved in with us within the last year so probably not! I love Bengal cats... So social!
Always have my camera set to the highest setting and I was too lazy to resize them, which is why they are hotlinked!
You can also compare on the PSN if you get added by them or meet them in a game.
Yea, just go to this page, type in their PSN id, and you should be able to see all their trophies.

Click on each game on their list and it will show you the specific trophies they have earned for that game.
Except for games that don't have them.

Bengal, eh? I've always referred to mine as a Brown Tabby. Is that sorta the same breed? Googling it seems to come up with very similar looking cats.
This is pretty much a fatter version of my/your sister's cat:
Aha! Yeah you're right.. She's a brown tabby... My sister's vet lied to her!
Sweet thanks!
According to tracking my Santee had their gift delivered back on Wednesday but so far no post
Hey, it works! Man, I've been stuck at 14 for so long. Maybe the Sly Collection will let me break 15.
I won't lie. I was tempted to keep them for myself. :P
Yeah, according to my tracking info my Santee got it yesterday.

The latest and greatest (I'm out for the night):
If either of you are mine I can confirm that it's not arrived yet. I've been checking the post eagerly for days.
Hopefully Monday.
