B:L To be honest, I wish I was a Decepticon, I think the Autobots are total dorks, (Excepting Optimus ) but I'm not, so I'm gonna take them down.
Also: Great, my question got answered as soon as I ask it.
So, to clarify:
Defense cards are "set" face down each turn. We have to "Activate" them to get the effects and turn them face up. After using them in this way, face up cards are discarded Face down cards may be "Tapped" to play attack abilities, but may not be activated otherwise for that turn. Is this summary correct?

Based on the discussion above, I think it's mostly correct except that you don't discard cards when they're face up, only when face up AND tapped, probably so that someone who gets attacked a lot isn't completely screwed for attacking the next day.
looked over the posts, but not sure if this has been answered: What are the limitations while in vehicle mode? What are the limitations while in Robot mode? I know you gain 1 velocity while in vehicle, and lose 1 while in Robot and transforming is considered your action, but I don't see if it says I can't attack while in vehicle (logically I'd assume no, but doesn't hurt to ask right?)

There is something in the OP about not being able to use melee in vehicle mode, and also something about that clarification that says there is more information on vehicle mode on the card that allows you to transform
When/if you draw a Transform card, the rules text will explain what Transforming does and how it affects your actions. The Transform card is in your attack deck and counts as your attack if played.[/B][/COLOR]
Everybody concentrate fire on Line Runner (the healer) or SkyBlazer (one of the annoying fast guys).
Just pick one and own his face. We'll see what happens. Even if we don't murder them, they'll have to use their defense cards to survive, which means fewer attacks coming in.
Oh, and I'll vote Extermattot because wears very girlie shoes.

Woah, wait, I've been super confused! We get to pick a Decepticon name to shoot at, and not just random people until we figure out who's who?
That makes things so much easier. Whew.

Ok, my expectations for this were completely hosed up. So much for playing this like War for Cybertron. All the clarifications should be migrated to the front page for easy access for everyone, just a suggestion.

Hmmmm... just realized that the Untouchable card eliminates ALL attacks against a target. Hmmmm.... can't reliably gang bang somebody until we get some of those "discard defense cards" attacks to land.
So chances of these guys dying is low, but multiple days of this will drain their hands of any such defense cards.

I'm kinda thinking that all the Darts should melee the Juggernaut. The sneak attack bonus is 1/2 a hitbox, so the juggernaut doesn't get to use damage reduction on it.
Or is that damage better served on something that might die quickly?

The sneak attack stuff adds onto other attacks, so I imagine the whole amount gets subjected to the Damage Reduction.

Defense cards in the Readiness pool are all put into play face down after being drawn, and are turned face-up after being used.
And yes, face up defense cards stay in the Readiness pool until they are tapped.

EDIT: If any fellow Autobots wanna huddle so we can strategize away from the Scrap Pack, send me a private data feed.
Don't do this. This is dumb.
Private killsquads are a terrible idea until you can be sure that you don't have an Decepticon infiltrator.
As far as I can tell, we don't have a seer which means we'll never be sure of that.
The sneak attack stuff adds onto other attacks, so I imagine the whole amount gets subjected to the Damage Reduction.
Where'd you get that info from?

I'm hoping we have at least one seer. I don't know what powers were given out, so...who knows.

I mean, seriously, this game has to have gestalts, right?
That would actually have been a sweet mechanic. If 5 guys find each other, they combine into Mega-ulra-awesome-tron 5000 Turbo Dick Edition.
SPECTRUM BOTS, ASSEMBLE AND ROLL OUT
Didn't work so well in the last transformers phalla
Nice name.
