I think people who have different tastes from me should always be required to defend them under cross-examination.

I actually really like this, it has a nice charm to it. I particularly enjoyed the part where Ix tries to get the woman to say something else. It had a subtle humour to it.
It'd be cool to see people actually explain why "it isn't for them."
Because it is dull. The first episode had no substance at all, to the point where I had no idea what it was even trying to accomplish. Nothing in it was funny so I decided it wasn't trying to be. Now there are a bunch of "jokes" coming in, so it's almost like it doesn't know what it wants to be.
Plus they're jokes I've heard a hundred times before. "Something is wrong with the townspeople! They only say the same thing over and over!" Meta humor that has been around for ages because these sorts of games have been around for ages.
Saying 'don't watch it if you hate it so much!' is a valid response, however I wanted to give it a second chance. That's probably all I'll say on it because I'm not gonna be one of those people who goes into every new episode thread about how I don't like it. I might continue to watch it just to see if it makes a sudden drastic improvement. Obviously the PA guys see something in it that I don't.
This pretty much sums up my assessment of this series. If it's still like this 5 or 6 episodes in, I will probably be done with it. Though, I think after 8-bit theater and RPG World, I may have kind of already seen most of what the "mostly-real people/characters in a game world!" jokes and situations that one can be presented with.

I don't enjoy it. What else is there to explain? I don't need someone to justify why they like it. That's fine if they do. I don't. It's really that simple.

Has to be done.
that is actually what I was going to say about it. The jokes would be ok if 8bit was current, but this stuff has been done many a time

I'm in the same boat. Oh well, no biggie.
Not immensely, but still. I enjoyed this.
RE:Cambiata. It's a good thing PATV doesn't have something else like Blams, because Kris and Scott (Scott and Kris) have cornered the market.
Yep. There's some potential, but they don't go for it.

Plus a lot of people went into why they didn't like it in the first thread, and we definitely don't need that in every thread
If someone thinks something isn't for them I say.
They shouldn't watch it.
I think I can probably live my life and be happy liking things that other people don't like.
And then he just lays on his face.

precisely!
...but I also don't dislike it either.
It's got kind of a subtle, quiet kind of humor about it
and I find the characters strangely charming.
